Overview
The Senior Finance Executive plays a key role in managing and overseeing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring that all financial operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulations. This role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. The Senior Finance Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive financial performance across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans, forecasts, and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial data.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
• Prepare financial models and analysis to support business initiatives, investments, and projects.
• Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification preferred).
• Proven experience as a finance professional with a strong understanding of financial management, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
