Codup is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver innovative IT projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and quality standards.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to facilitate project execution.
Coordinate and communicate project objectives, progress, and updates to stakeholders and team members on a regular basis.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve project management processes and methodologies.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
