ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a capable Full Stack Developer to join our delivery team on an active, AI-heavy product build. You will work across the full stack, building and integrating frontend interfaces in Vue.js and backend services in Node.js, while working closely with a senior developer and QA in a structured sprint environment.

A significant part of this role involves integrating with large language models and building AI-driven features, including RAG pipelines and vector search. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable with modern JavaScript who takes ownership of their modules and has a genuine interest in AI-powered product development.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

The following are non-negotiable. Every point will be assessed during the evaluation process.

• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack JavaScript development experience
• Strong Node.js skills — REST API design, middleware, authentication flows, and async patterns
• Solid Vue.js — component architecture, state management (Pinia or Vuex), and client-side routing
• PostgreSQL — schema design, query writing, indexing, and database migrations
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
• Working knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector database concepts (pgvector or equivalent)
• Git-based version control workflow (Bitbucket preferred)
• Strong written English — this is an async-first team with clear written communication standards

GOOD TO HAVE

The following are not required but will strengthen a candidate's profile for this engagement.

• Experience building or maintaining multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Familiarity with transactional email services such as SendGrid or Amazon SES
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks, tool-calling patterns, or prompt engineering
• Background in content management, e-learning, or training platform development
