Senior Executive – Finance Operations

Job Summary: 
The Senior Executive – Finance Operations will play a key role in managing end-to-end bookkeeping 
and accounting operations, with a strong focus on accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, 
and financial reporting. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of all supplier payments, 
maintains strong financial controls, and supports overall accounting operations while adhering to 
internal policies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice verification, approvals, and posting in the accounting system. 
• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoice verification, approvals, and posting in the accounting system. 
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly. 
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and review aging reports regularly. 
• Assist in managing petty cash reimbursements and employee expense claims. 
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records. 
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities related to payables and receivables. 
• Contribute to the improvement of AP/AR processes and internal controls. 
• Leverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting and finance processes. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting operations, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment. 
• Strong understanding of day-to-day accounting processes, including AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial record-keeping. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls. 
• Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online. 
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to work with financial data and reports. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. 
• Ability and willingness to adapt to and effectively use AI tools to improve accounting and finance processes. 
• Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities effectively, and maintain accuracy in financial records.
