Codup is looking for a commercially sharp Account Executive – B2B eCommerce & Digital Transformation with strong business and technology acumen to drive growth in the US mid-market segment.
This is a consultative sales role, not transactional selling. You will work with manufacturers, distributors, and enterprise retailers undergoing digital transformation and help translate business problems into structured technology solutions.
You’ll collaborate with strategists, solution architects, and engineering leadership to design and close engagements across eCommerce platforms, integrations, CRM enablement, and custom software.
The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, highly organized, and comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Maintain strong pipeline health and consistently meet revenue targets.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with executives and operational stakeholders.
- Translate business challenges into structured digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop clear deal strategies, including stakeholder mapping and decision pathways.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to scope and present solutions.
- Build and nurture internal champions within prospect organizations.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and forecast accuracy in HubSpot.
- Progress qualified opportunities through the pipeline while preventing mid-funnel stagnation.
- Ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams once engagements are closed.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, technology services, or
- solution-oriented business roles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational challenges and
- translate them into commercial opportunities.
- Comfortable discussing technology-driven solutions (software, platforms, integrations,
- or digital systems) with business stakeholders.
- Experience engaging with mid-level or senior decision makers in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
- Curious, analytical, and comfortable learning complex systems quickly.
- Exposure to digital commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.)
- Experience in technology consulting, SaaS, or software services
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or enterprise systems
- Work on high-impact digital transformation engagements.
- Sell complex solutions rather than commoditized services.
- Collaborate with a strong team of strategists, engineers, and consultants.
