About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer who can operate confidently across the application lifecycle while leveraging Payload CMS to build scalable, content-driven platforms. This role calls for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and brings a solution-first mindset to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React/Next.js.
Develop and customize Payload CMS, including collections, access control, hooks, and custom fields.
Architect clean, scalable APIs and ensure smooth integration with internal and third-party services.
Optimize application performance across both front-end and back-end surfaces.
Implement clean coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
Partner closely with Product, Design, and QA to ship high-impact features on time.
Troubleshoot production issues and deliver long-term solutions, not just quick fixes.
Maintain strong documentation to support future development and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and React/Next.js.
Hands-on experience with Payload CMS — must be able to build, configure, and extend it effectively.
Understanding of relational & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of API design principles (REST / GraphQL).
Familiarity with DevOps workflows, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Background in building eCommerce, SaaS, or multi-tenant applications.
Exposure to modern tooling like Docker, Turborepo, or Prisma ORM.
UX awareness or basic UI development skills.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation aligned with market standards.
A collaborative, growth-driven culture that invests in your professional development.
Opportunities to work on modern architecture and high-visibility projects.
Flexibility and an environment where your expertise truly moves the needle.
