Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and assist in the development of solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for understanding business needs, improving processes, and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating documentation, and supporting the development of cutting-edge eCommerce solutions, web applications, custom software, and startup product innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Assist in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Support in the preparation of project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
Work with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of project requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights for project development.
Participate in client meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to gain practical Agile/Scrum experience.
Assist in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies.
Provide support in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
Create reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing (final year) or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engr., or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, web applications, or software development processes is a plus.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
A keen interest in digital transformation, technology, and innovation.
