Required Experience:
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with minimal formal experience (0–2 years).
- Any prior exposure to sales support, customer service, or administrative tasks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or willing to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completion Management & Nurturing:
- Handle follow-ups for “Not Now” and other pending completions.
- Maintain and update lifecycle stages and notes in the CRM.
- Conduct research to personalize follow-ups and maintain engagement.
- Support Cold Calling SDRs:
- Act as a bridge between active SDRs and prospects that need nurturing or additional attention.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, sending resources, and maintaining communication logs.
- Training & Testing:
- Receive training on cold calling techniques and messaging.
- Participate in cold calling for various markets under supervision for testing and skill development.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Keep prospect records accurate and updated.
- Track outcomes and help generate simple reports for SDR team performance.
- Collaboration & Learning:
- Work closely with senior SDRs to understand prospect segments and messaging.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, outreach skills, and workflow understanding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Confident, outspoken, and able to communicate clearly in English.
- Rational thinker with good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration and online communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Other Important Details:
- This is a non-cold calling role, focused on supporting active SDRs and managing follow-ups.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong potential for growth into full SDR roles based on performance and skill development.
