Associate - Sales Development Representative
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Support Associate to join our growing Sales team.
This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, lead nurturing, and CRM management in a fast-paced tech environment.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) — helping manage follow-ups, track leads, and ensure prospects receive timely and personalized communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Completion Management & Nurturing
Handle follow-ups for “Not Now” and other pending leads.
Maintain accurate lifecycle stages, notes, and contact information in the CRM.
Conduct research to personalize outreach and re-engage prospects.
2. Support for Cold Calling SDRs
Act as a bridge between active SDRs and prospects that require nurturing or extra support.
Assist in scheduling meetings, sending sales resources, and logging communications.
3. Training & Development
Receive hands-on training in sales communication, cold calling, and market understanding.
Participate in supervised cold-calling sessions for learning and skill testing.
4. Data Management & Reporting
Keep lead and prospect data accurate and up to date.
Track daily outcomes and assist in generating simple performance reports.
5. Collaboration & Growth
Collaborate with senior SDRs and sales managers to understand buyer segments and messaging.
Join regular training sessions to build product knowledge and outreach effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding of sales or customer service is a plus.
Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or willing to learn quickly.
Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Able to manage time effectively and follow structured workflows.
Preferred Skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the Sales function.
