Codup is Looking for an experienced Manager Business Analyst to drive requirement gathering, ensure alignment with business goals, improve processes, and manage client feedback. Key duties include issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and overseeing documentation. Requires 7+ years' experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Figma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee requirement gathering efforts, guiding the team in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting detailed business requirements.
  • Ensure all gathered requirements align with business objectives and project goals, addressing any gaps identified by team members.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for process improvements across multiple projects.
  • Guide the team in providing strategic feedback to clients, focusing on achieving business goals optimally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with development and project management teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of project deliverables.
  • Act as the escalation point for project issues, working with team members to resolve complex challenges.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to address project needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of all documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Statements of Work (SOWs), user stories, workflows, wireframes/mock-ups, use cases, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the E-commerce, Integration, Web and Mobile Apps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions to uncover underlying business objectives.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA).
  • Proficiency in mock-up/wire-framing tools like Figma.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring optimal workload distribution across the team.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
