Product Specialist Intern (Road to Full-Time)

United States
Full Time
Entry Level
The Goal: A 3-6 month paid internship with the explicit intent of hiring you as a full-time Product Specialist.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a right-hand to the Co-Founder. We don’t care about your university, your GPA, or your degree title. We care about how you think.
We build digital commerce solutions for manufacturers and distributors. This is not simple shopping cart software; this is B2B. It involves complex workflows, pricing tiers, and heavy business logic. We need someone eager to understand how these businesses actually work.
What You Will Actually Do
  • You will bridge the gap between the vision, the code, and the customer.
  • Translation & Logic: Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and address their questions.
  • Quality Control (UAT): Test the product relentlessly. You are the last line of defense.
  • Design & Visualization: Create wireframes to turn ideas into visual specs.
  • The Voice of the User: Handle customer support queries and understand their pain points.
  • Marketing & Storytelling: Assist in creating marketing pages and copy.
Who You Are
  • You love business complexity. You aren't bored by supply chains, wholesale distribution, or complex operational workflows. You find joy in untangling a messy process and making it efficient.
  • You are a finisher. You have a history of taking projects (school projects, hobbies, side hustles) from idea to completion.
  • You are tech-fluent. You might not be a coder, but you understand how the web works and learn new tools quickly.
  • You are humble. No task is "beneath" you. You know that answering a support ticket is the best way to learn the product.
How to Apply
  • To apply, attach a PDF or a link (Notion/Website) with one single story in the questionnaire attached to the job link
➡️ Include your story in the questionnaire linked in the job posting.
The Prompt: The Project That Taught Me Everything. Pick one project you have worked on that defines who you are. This could be your University Final Year Project (FYP), a small business you started, a chaotic event you organized, or a personal problem you engineered a solution for.
Tell us the story of that project, weaving in the answers to these points:
  1. The Logic: What was the complex problem you were trying to solve, and why did it matter?
  2. The Struggle: Be honest—what went wrong? Where did you fail or hit a wall? How did you fix it?
  3. The User: How did you figure out if people actually liked it? (Did you talk to users? Did you look at the data?)
Make it authentic. Make it fun to read. We want to see your brain at work.
