Overview:
Team Leadership and Management
● Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the VP of Marketing’s
strategic direction.
● Manage team members across content, social media, performance marketing, and ABM functions,
providing guidance and mentorship.
● Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams to align
messaging, campaigns, and initiatives.
Partnerships and Strategic Alliances
● Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners (e.g., Shopify Plus, BigCommerce).
● Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities, including events, webinars, and co-branded content.
● Optimize partnership ROI by tracking metrics and ensuring alignment with Codup’s ICP and GTM
goals.
Event and Campaign Oversight
● Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and advisory dinners.
● Ensure that events are fully integrated into broader marketing campaigns, including pre-event
promotions, on-site execution, and post-event follow-ups.
Data-Driven Marketing
● Analyze campaign and partnership performance metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization.
● Use data to forecast, report, and improve marketing ROI across channels.
● Support marketing decisions with insights on ICP engagement, ABM performance, and sales
alignment.
Sales Enablement
● Collaborate with sales to provide enablement resources, such as pitch decks, case studies, and
competitive insights.
● Act as the bridge between marketing campaigns and sales execution, ensuring lead quality and
handoff efficiency.
Marketing Operations
● Ensure the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, is optimized for campaign execution and data
tracking.
● Streamline processes across the marketing team to ensure efficient collaboration and execution.
● Coordination with Product.
● Collaborate with the Product team to align messaging with product development and feature rollouts.
● Ensure that marketing content reflects Codup’s unique value propositions and tailored solutions.
● Education/Qualification Requirement:
● 7+ years in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level position.
● Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
● Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking, CRM data, and marketing
analytics tools.
Strategic Partnerships:
● Expertise in managing and optimizing partner relationships and co-marketing efforts.
● Collaboration: Exceptional cross-functional coordination skills, particularly with sales and product
teams.
