Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, leveraging research and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with incoming leads, fostering relationships and understanding their needs to effectively guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and nurture rapport with potential clients, understanding their pain points, and presenting suitable solutions to address their requirements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed set targets for daily lead prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of potential leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Execute a predetermined number of daily outreach tasks, tailored to the needs and preferences of each lead, utilizing various communication channels to engage and convert leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities, interactions, and outcomes within the CRM system.

MUST HAVES:

  • 1 to 5 year(s) experience in client communication related jobs.
  • English speaking and writing quality needs to be: A+ quality.
  • A natural non-desi accent or a neutral accent.

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of Tech/Software and development related services.
  • Understanding of CRM usage.

GREAT TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of prospecting, lead list building, data enrichment and data procurement.
  • Know-how about the latest tools in sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in cold calling, email writing and sales communication.
