The Role:

We are seeking two experienced and passionate Senior AI/Python Engineers to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our AI-powered applications and services. This is a hands-on-keyboard role for individuals who are not just coders, but are genuinely excited about living and breathing AI every day. You will work on a variety of internal-facing projects, from enhancing our chatbot's capabilities to developing systems that process and structure data from documents into our core platforms like Salesforce.

What You'll Do

● Develop and maintain Python-based agents and tools within our evolving AI ecosystem.

● Work with a modern, serverless technology stack, primarily on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, PostgreSQL).

● Integrate our AI systems with various internal tools and platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, by interacting with their APIs.

● Collaborate within an agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups and using tools like Atlassian (Jira), GitHub, and Notion.

● Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

● Senior-level experience in building AI-driven applications.

● Strong proficiency in Python.

● Deep familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical application (e.g., understanding tokens, temperature, etc.).

● Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3, within a serverless architecture.

● Experience with API integrations, particularly with enterprise systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.

● Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using

GitHub Actions.

● Excellent

English communication skills, both wriflen and verbal.

● A genuine passion for AI and excitement to work on cufling-edge solutions.

Nice-to-Haves:

● Experience with front-end development, specifically

React and MUI.

● Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.

● Knowledge of agentic frameworks and concepts like MCP.
